By accessing or using Regystrator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Regystrator is a cloud-based asset and inventory management platform that allows organisations to track, manage, and maintain their physical assets. The Service includes features such as asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, checkout request workflows, team management, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to store or track personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Service without our prior written consent

5. Subscription and Billing

Regystrator offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell, share, or use Your Data for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Regystrator and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Regystrator.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted, during which time you may export it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regystrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
